Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. (Sally Beauty) has announced that Diana S. Ferguson has been elected to its board of directors.
Ferguson serves as chief financial officer at venture capital investment firm Cleveland Avenue, LLC, which invests in restaurant, food and beverage concepts and emerging brands. She also serves as principal of Scarlett Investments, a private investment firm. Her previous roles include chief financial officer of the Chicago Board of Education; senior vice president and chief financial officer of the Folgers Coffee Company; and several leadership positions at the Sara Lee Corporation.
“I am extremely pleased to welcome Diana to the board,” said chairman Bob McMaster. “She is an experienced financial executive with a track record of success in corporate financial management, strategic planning and transaction execution. I am confident that Diana will make a positive contribution as a member of our board as SBH continues its transformation towards long-term growth.”
