Liran Golan, senior vice president of global supply chain, has been promoted to chief supply chain officer (CSCO) at Bansk Beauty. Reporting directly to Reuben Carranza, group CEO of Bansk Beauty, Liran will take on an expanded leadership role to drive the organization’s supply chain strategies. His focus will be on enhancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, product quality, and operational growth, while ensuring that the right capabilities, talent, succession planning, and operational culture are in place across Bansk Beauty’s portfolio of brands.
In this role, Liran will collaborate closely with supply chain and brand leaders from amika, Eva NYC, and Ethique to strengthen end-to-end supply chain operations. This includes overseeing key performance metrics, fostering talent development, and aligning capabilities across the organization to meet ambitious business goals.
Reuben Carranza, Group CEO of Bansk Beauty, says, "Immediately following the acquisition of the Amika and Eva NYC brands by Bansk PE, Liran embarked on a transformation of the end-to-end supply chain organization, implementing critical KPI metrics, enhancing planning and cost optimization processes, and most importantly, building the organization capabilities, enabling growth and promotions for a number of the team members. These critical efforts have enabled our brands to accelerate much faster than the categories and competitors they compete with.”
