Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care has opened a cosmetic clinical site in Shanghai, China, which has been officially named Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care Shanghai.

The Shanghai facility will focus its clinical expertise on tests for safety, efficacy, sun protection and hair care, and consumer perception and tailored services. According to the company, the laboratory has successfully passed CMA auditing.
The Shanghai laboratory will complement the company’s existing network of Chinese cosmetic and personal care laboratories in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan, and will expand the international network of 28 cosmetic and personal care laboratories active across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and Africa.
