With an emphasis on raw material sales to multinational accounts, Sysler made a name for himself in the industry and, according to colleagues, inspired many people over the years.
He lead sales and business development operations, focusing on market strategy, pricing, distribution and customer acquisition to drive revenue growth.
But Sysler's impact was greater than that. Adriana Smith, Bio-Botanica's manager, personal care ingredient division, shares some of what influence he had.
