So far in 2023, many brands have expanded their footprint from DTC to brick-and-mortar retail.

Solawave recently launched into 650 Ulta Beauty stores nationwide and Athena Club also launched into 1,600 Target stores.

Most notably, Glossier launched its first retail partnership with Sephora US and Canada this year.

In our recent survey which proposed, do you think it is important for e-commerce brands to expand into brick-and-mortar retail? 72% of readers said yes and 28% of readers said no.
