Located in Irvine, Scotland, Barony is a premium manufacturer and global exporter of aerosols since 1994, dedicated to spearheading a greener aerosol industry. They produce products ranging from anti-perspirant sprays, dry shampoos, shaving foams, deodorants, and specialist fabric and air care sprays to over 30 countries.
This decision strengthens both kdc/one’s and Barony’s global capabilities and marks a major milestone for both companies and their customers. For kdc/one, the decision bolsters the company’s presence in the U.K. and expands its expertise and capabilities in the quickly growing aerosol categories. For Barony, the acquisition expands its product categories and leverages kdc/one’s global resources.
