Give Back Beauty, a producer of scents under the Zegna and Chopard brands, is acquiring AB Parfums, a producer of L'Oréal Group fragrances, including scents from Ralph Lauren, Maison Margiela and Diesel, per Reuters.

Give Back Beauty, a producer of scents under the Zegna and Chopard brands, is acquiring AB Parfums, a producer of L'Oréal Group fragrances, including scents from Ralph Lauren, Maison Margiela and Diesel, per Reuters. The deal effectively expands Give Back Beauty's stable of licenses and distribution. 

Fragrance accounts for 70% of Give Back Beauty's revenues; combined, the two companies had 2024 sales of 400 million euros.

Give Back Beauty reportedly is not currently planning to go public. 

The deal comes amid a boom in fragrances. In the U.S. market, prestige fragrance sales boomed 14% in 2024 through September, with units jumping 12%, according to Circana.
