From Target and Ulta expansion to precision-wellness partnerships and a new investment from Alix Earle, Cymbiotika is rapidly turning “beauty from within” into a mainstream beauty and wellness proposition.
Cymbiotika is capping a transformational 2026 (so far) with a high-profile new investor: entrepreneur and social media personality Alix Earle, who has taken a personal stake in the science-backed wellness brand after years of using its supplements.
The investment arrives after a string of moves that have rapidly expanded Cymbiotika’s retail footprint, sharpened its positioning around beauty-from-within and precision wellness, and elevated the company from supplement brand to broader lifestyle platform.
Earle, whose TikTok, Instagram and YouTube audiences span 14 million followers, will use her channels to educate consumers about the brand, with a potential co-branded product also on the table.
The momentum was already building before Earle came on board. Cymbiotika entered 2026 with $25 million in outside capital raised in January, while remaining profitable and growing at a triple-digit rate, according to the company.
The brand's Ulta partnership, announced earlier this year, put Cymbiotika directly into beauty retail rather than traditional supplement channels, with a lineup spanning NAD+, glutathione, vitamin C and magnesium targeting healthy aging, radiance, collagen support, sleep and recovery.Cymbiotika
The funding followed its late-2025 expansion into every Target store nationwide—the brand’s first major big-box retail move—and was followed in March by a launch at more than 1,000 Ulta Beauty stores. The Ulta partnership put Cymbiotika directly into beauty retail rather than traditional supplement channels, with a lineup spanning NAD+, glutathione, vitamin C and magnesium targeting healthy aging, radiance, collagen support, sleep and recovery.
That retail move is strategically significant. Cymbiotika is positioning ingestible wellness as part of the beauty routine, with Ulta describing the partnership as an opportunity to take a more holistic approach to beauty. The launch was supported by influencer partnerships, education, sampling, editorial content and loyalty initiatives—effectively treating supplements like beauty discovery products rather than commodities.

Cymbiotika has also spent the year building credibility around a more sophisticated precision-wellness proposition. In April, the company partnered with human biologist and performance optimization personality Gary Brecka and The Ultimate Human, combining Brecka’s protocol-driven approach with Cymbiotika’s liposomal delivery technology.
The partnership centers on structured supplementation around energy, longevity, recovery and metabolic health, with the companies describing the combination as a move from simply recommending nutrients toward optimizing how effectively they are delivered and absorbed. Cymbiotika says internal clinical data shows up to three-times greater bioavailability in select formulations.

In June, the company made another telling organizational move, expanding co-founder Durana Elmi’s role to chief creative officer and chief experiential officer. The appointment puts brand strategy, creative, community, retail and pop-up concepts, influencer and talent relationships, partnerships and storytelling under a single leadership mandate—an indication that Cymbiotika increasingly views experience and cultural relevance as growth infrastructure, rather than simply marketing support.
Earle’s investment therefore lands as more than another celebrity endorsement. Cymbiotika already has a cap table populated by cultural figures including Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, David Grutman, Zac Efron, The Weeknd, Steve Aoki, Peggy Gou and the Jonas Brothers; adding Earle reinforces a model in which influential consumers are moving from endorsers to investors, collaborators and potential product-development partners.
Beauty-from-within is moving from a niche wellness idea toward a retail-ready beauty proposition, while supplementation is becoming increasingly connected to familiar beauty territories such as glow, collagen, healthy aging, sleep, recovery and hair, skin and nail health. At the same time, brands are raising the bar beyond “clean” ingredients: delivery systems, bioavailability, clinical evidence and personalized protocols are becoming part of the consumer-facing value proposition.

Cymbiotika’s 2026 playbook also points to a broader convergence between beauty, wellness, performance and longevity. Its strategy combines mass reach, prestige beauty retail, science-led formulation, creator influence, expert-led protocols and experiential branding—suggesting that the next generation of wellness brands may compete less as supplement companies and more as fully integrated lifestyle brands.
The Earle investment is the latest proof point: the influencer is becoming part of the company’s growth strategy and potentially its future product pipeline.
