Nidhi Sunil is the first Indian model for L’Oreal Paris to be named global ambassador, according to Lifestyle Asia.

Sunil, a model from Kerala, is an advisory board member for Invisible Girl Project, has spearheaded various advertising campaigns, and has been featured on magazines such as Italian Voge, GQ and Paper.

According to Lifestyle Asia, Sunil will use her platform to empower women "by speaking out against colorism and gendercide..."
