The Estée Lauder Companies has named Lahnie Strange senior vice president, global general manager, Bobbi Brown, reporting to Sandra Main, president, global brands, La Mer and Bobbi Brown. She will also join the company’s extended executive leadership team.
Strange will lead the global brand strategy and new product and commercial innovation.
She has been with the company since 2005 and previously served as SVP/GM, Estée Lauder and Aerin Beauty, North America, and SVP, global marketing and product development, Estée Lauder, overseeing product and commercial innovation for makeup, including the brand’s Double Wear franchise.
“Having previously spent nearly six years in marketing leadership roles at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Lahnie returns to the brand where she will leverage her deep understanding of our artistry-led brand to continue driving growth across winning consumer segments, channels and markets,” said Main. “Lahnie’s prior experience at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, collaborative approach to business, dedication to brand-building, and deep expertise in makeup and skin care make her ideally suited to lead the brand into its next chapter of growth.”
