The features five surprise deluxe mini products from Latinx-founded brands and is available on ipsy.com for a limited time.

Furthermore, the company is seeking to support Latinx brands and artists via its Beauty Amplified program. To date, Ipsy has invested $75 million in amplifying Black and Latinx-led brands through this program.

In addition, Ipsy is continuing its partnership with the Las Fotos Project to amplify the voices of teens from communities of color in the greater Los Angeles area through photography. Each month, Ipsy hires students from the organization to shoot social flatlays, allowing the participants to develop their photography skills, add to their portfolios and receive feedback from their team of professionals in the photography space.
