SC Johnson Acquires Babyganics, Boosting Personal Care

Beauty and personal care M&A, driven in large part by private equity firms, continues to move ahead at a rapid pace. VMG Partners has announced that it has completed the sale of  personal care (skin care, bath care, sun care, oral care, hand hygiene, wipes, etc.) and household brand Babyganics to SC Johnson for an undisclosed sum.
