Boston-based private equity firm, Yellow Wood Partners, has announced the acquisition of Freeman Beauty from Champlain Captial. 

Freeman Beauty's portfolio of brands currently include: 

  • Feeling Beautiful, a facial mask brand
  • Beauty Infusions facial masks
  • Psssst! dry shampoo
  • c.Booth bath and body care products
