L’Oréal has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Japanese company Takami Co., which develops and markets products licensed by the skin care brand Takami.

L’Oréal also renewed a long-term brand licensing agreement with owner Doctor Hiroshi Takami and signed a collaboration contract with the Takami clinics. 

Takami was founded in 1999 and is a premium skin care brand. The brand achieved sales revenue of approximately €50M in 2019.
