Milani Welcomes CFO

Milani Cosmetics (Milani) has announced the appointment of David M. Berk as chief financial officer.

Berk brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, with expertise in financial and accounting leadership in the consumer goods industry. Over the last 15 years he has held various senior positions at L’Oréal, including worldwide CFO for NYX Professional Makeup; vice president, finance and accounting at Urban Decay Cosmetics, where he was directly responsible for integrating the acquisition into the parent company; and vice president, finance for all brands in the professional products division. He has also held senior financial positions at LVMH and Tiffany & Co., Inc.
