BrandZ has released its Top 15 Most Valuable Personal Care Brands 2018, which places L’Oreal Paris at the top for the sixth consecutive year, according to co-authors WPP & Kantar Millward Brown. (Read the 2017 list here.)

While L’Oréal increased its brand value by 9% through customer-centric strategies, Shiseido grew by 42% to be number 12, and Estée Lauder rose 29% to the ninth position.

The total brand value of the top 15 companies collectively grew by 8%, despite a 6% value drop by Gillette, which has struggled with changes in the business model for male grooming subscriptions.
