PZ Cussons has acquired Childs Farm, a U.K. baby and child personal care brand.

Through the acquisition, PZ Cussons will leverage its brand building capabilities to improve Childs Farm's U.K. leadership position, while seeking to also supporting international growth.

Childs Farm has reportedly grown rapidly since it started trading in 2011 and is well-progressed toward B Corp certification.

Childs Farm founder, Joanna Jensen, will continue as an investor and as a champion of the brand, in both the United Kingdom and abroad.
