Takeover Bids

According to The Guardian, THG has received three takeover bids to purchase the online retailer, including from Belerion Capital and King Street Capital Management.

Property tycoon Nick Candy is also reportedly considering making an offer. Candy and the other contenders have until June 16, 2022 to make a formal offer.
