Alexander Kwapis, FusionPKG's (an Aptar beauty company) vice president responsible for new product development, sustainability and innovation, has been accepted into the Fast Company Executive Board.

Kwapis was tapped to join the group due to his expertise in innovation, sustainability and product development. Members of the board have the opportunity to publish professional insights in bylined articles and expert panels on fastcompany.com

Key topics may include innovation, creativity, design, technology and social impact.

According to Fast Company, the board "is a vetted professional organization of senior executives, founders, business owners and industry experts who are defining the future of business."

Fast Company adds, "You’ll find leaders who are pioneering key developments at companies of all sizes, pursuing world-changing ideas, lending their collective wisdom, and creating cultures that reward employees for creativity, risk-taking, and acumen."

In addition to his work at FusionPKG, Kwapis is also the cofounder of Wild Dirt an outdoor product brand.

"Creating exceptionally driven creative teams that are happy, healthy and motivated is what gets me going each day," says Kwapis. "Doesn’t matter what we are making, who it is for, or how difficult the problems are to solve. I find that if you focus on the people first then rest will follow. I am excited to unleash my passion and knowledge to the community as a member of the Fast Company Executive Board."
