This quaternized, highly active conditioning polymer is the solution for enhanced hair/skin formulations. The Quatin Series is based on naturally occurring polyfructose (inulin) with excellent coacervation and deposition properties. This extremely moisturizing ingredient is compatible with a variety of surfactants. Acme-Hardesty’s Quatin Series is inherently biodegradable.
