Kory Marchisotto, e.l.f. Beauty CMO and president of Keys Soulcare, was the keynote speaker during the virtual commencement for the School of Graduate Studies at Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), a college of the State University of New York on May 19, 2021.

Marchisotto received her MPS in cosmetics and fragrance marketing and management in 2009 from FIT. During her speech, she encouraged graduates to fearlessly embrace the unknown.
Marchisotto said at the commencement, “The path is not linear. It’s layered, it’s complex, it’s winding. It takes hard work, grit, hustle and yes, even hardship. Be unstoppable and you will persevere.”
