Tokiwa Cosmetics Corporation, LLC is coming to Makeup in New York at Booth B24, featuring refillable packaging and eco-friendly products integrating FSC certified wood, RSPO supply chain certifications and post-consumer recycled plastics.
Its products include color cosmetic concepts for the eyes, brows, lips and face, including eyeliners, precision brow products, long-lasting lip colors and face formulations.
All of these concepts are available via the company's turnkey product development service.
