It’s a 10 Haircare has announced the appointment of Ashley Schauer as its new vice president of sales and marketing. With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, Schauer is known for her expertise in driving growth and maximizing brand visibility. Previously, she served as senior merchant of prestige cosmetics at Ulta Beauty, where she achieved record-breaking promotions through strategic merchandising.

In her role at It’s a 10 Haircare, Schauer will manage retail and distribution accounts for the company’s portfolio, which includes popular brands such as It’s a 10 Haircare and Be a 10 Cosmetics. This strategic leadership move aims to strengthen the company’s market presence and enhance growth opportunities across its brands.
