Iris Ventures, a global investment firm responsible for beauty and wellness brands, has made a multimillion-dollar minority investment in Goddess Maintenance Co., a biotech beauty brand pioneering a new bioprotection category for hair care and protection.

Spider-Inspired Design, Chain Mail Defense
The brand is built on its Goddess Molecule, developed in partnership with biomaterials manufacturer Bolt. Inspired by the structure of spider silk, celebrated for its extraordinary strength and flexibility, the molecule forms scaffold-like chains that wrap around each strand to defend hair against environmental and chemical damage.
