Another One: The Hut Group Acquires ESPA for More than £100 Million

After a string of recent acquisitions, The Hut Group continues with the purchase of ESPA, a skin care and spa brand, for more than £100 million.

According to an online article from news.sky.com, ESPA products are currently sold in U.K. retailers, including John Lewis and Harvey Nichols as well as hotels such as Ritz Carlton, Peninsula and One&Only. 

ESPA is based in the U.K. and is currently in more than 700 spas in 60 countries.
