The website Daily Glow announced the launch of Beauty365, expert-driven reviews of beauty products with a new review posted daily, 365 days a year. With more than 200 current product reviews and counting, Beauty365 integrates expert reviews with social connectivity and immediate purchase ability. Daily Glow is one of the sites within the Everyday Health portfolio, a health and wellness media company.
Beauty365 aims to act as a guide for consumers in the beauty aisle, as well as a personal advisor and shopping consultant. Every post features a product that has been tested and approved by a range of beauty experts including dermatologists Jessica Wu, MD, and Doris Day, MD, cosmetic chemists, top hair stylists, beauty editors and celebrities. Users can interact with the expert, discuss the product with a like-minded community, and share reviews across multiple social media platforms. The site features a “Need It” or “Skip It” voting function, and users have the option to “Buy it” or “Add to My Wish List,” an online makeup bag.
Each Beauty365 review includes “behind the label” details to provide deeper descriptions of the product, such as scent and texture. There are also “Make It Work” instructional photos to help users recreate looks with the reviewed products. Beauty enthusiasts can sort and read product reviews by their selected categories, including skin, body, hair and makeup, or through a “Beauty Fix” problem-solving menu for everything from acne and stress relief to puffy eyes, large pores and more.
Daily Glow has assembled an esteemed panel of beauty influencers and medical experts in dermatology, cosmetic chemistry, makeup and hair styling to offer their insights and expertise, including well-respected medical doctors, leading researchers, popular salon owners and celebrities, in order to help keep women up-to-date on the newest and most innovative beauty products.
“Our mission is to help our readers become an expert on healthy choices in the beauty aisle,” said Daily Glow executive editor Liesa Goins. “Daily Glow and our new Beauty365 provides women with credible information [and] solutions, and it will also allow them to make fun, new discoveries.”
