Deciem at Home is a new virtual platform that connects consumers with ambassadors for assistance in finding the skin care regimen that works for them.

Deciem has launched “Deciem at Home” to virtually connect consumers to ambassadors for assistance in skin care and information surrounding Deciem products, Trend Hunter reports. The introduction is in line with consumers' growing need for virtual services amid pandemic-related store closures.

As the parent company of skin care brands like The Ordinary and Niod, Deciem’s new virtual platform will allow consumers to receive virtual consultations, ask questions about specific products, regimens and personalized skin care.

Brand ambassadors are able to connect with consumers through instant messages, video chat, photos and video calls with Deciem at Home’s engagement technology, HERO, according to Trend Hunter. Ambassadors are also able to touch base with consumers to see how products are working for them.

While Deciem at Home has launched amid the nationwide stay-at-home orders, Deciem has confirmed the new platform will continue to be used post COVID-19.
