Ms Beautilab has acquired Gi Picco's.

The acquisition provides Ms Beautilab three makeup and skin care R&D laboratories (located in France, Italy and Switzerland), four production sites including the Czech Republic, and a new “to be unveiled” venture.
Among the flagship technologies of Gi Picco's, is their Top Injection, which makes it possible to formulate powders from a mix of solid and liquids.
