
LG Household & Health Care, Ltd. (LG H&H) has announced it has reached an agreement with Johnson & Johnson to acquire the Asia Pacific business of dental product company, Reach Brand.
In the past five years the global oral care market grew 5% CAGR and was worth an estimated $40.3 billion in 2015. Asia was responsible for a fast-growing demand from the area’s emerging markets.
