Vantage Personal Care announced Smitha Rao as its newest vice president of global innovations.

Rao is set to bring connectivity and innovation to all global personal care technical teams.

Rao has had prior experience as vice president of product development & regulatory affairs at StriVectin Operating Company. Her most recent position was as the chief technology officer of High Ridge Brands. Currently, she is a Board Member for a non-profit beauty organization and active in cosmetic focused technical organizations.
