Sally Beauty has announced the nationwide launch of buy online, pick up in-store (BOPIS). The move is in line with e-commerce-first strategies launched by beauty players such as Ulta Beauty amid the pandemic.
BOPIS offers an option for customers looking to receive orders quicker than shipping and with enhanced safety during the holiday season, and beyond.
It has also implemented ColorView for at-home hair color shopping through the Sally Beauty mobile app. Here, too, the move is in line with other beauty players, as seen with Garnier's virtual hair color try-on via Google Lens.

BOPIS is one of the ways Sally Beauty is working to connect customers' in-store and online experiences, by offering ways to shop that are comparable to big-box retailers, with the added benefit of accessibility."
