Coast Southwest Hires Tom Scaria as General Manager

Coast Southwest, Inc. has announced the hiring of Tom P. Scaria as general manager. Scaria will be responsible for the growth and strategy of Coast Southwest’s East Coast distribution.

Scaria has more than 15 years of experience developing and implementing client strategies and a decade of sales experience. Before that, he was in product management and worked with chemists and design experts to create new products and features based on customer needs.

Joseph C. Cimo, president of Coast Southwest, said, “Establishing national reach is the cornerstone of Coast Southwest’s growth strategy. The walls are up on our new 105,000 square-foot headquarters building in Irving, TX. We made key hires in Florida and the Midwest. Plans are underway to break ground on our Midwest distribution center and academic research facility in South Bend, IN. With Tom joining us as General Manager in the Northeast, Coast Southwest completes the map. We can now serve customers with our extensive array of personal care ingredients and exemplary service in every major market in the United States, from coast to coast.”
