L'Occitane has announced its first half 2023 results, which showed net sales were €900.5 million, as compared to €696.4 million in the previous year. 

Operating profit was €87.0 million, as compared to €78.9 million in the previous year. 

Gross profit margin was 80.2%, as compared to 79.7% in the previous year.

L'Occitane en Provence

Net sales for the first half of 2023 were €610.3 million, as compared to €558.0 million in the previous year. 

Elemis

Net sales for the first half of 2023 were €105.1 million, as compared to €86.8 million in the previous year.

Sol de Janeiro    

Net sales for the first half of 2023 were €94.6 million, representing growth of more than 65% in local currency as compared to the same period last year.

Chairman Reinold Geiger said, "I am proud to report another set of strong results in the first half of FY2023, with solid top-line growth of 29% and a second consecutive year of record interim net profit. Importantly, excluding exceptional items, we expanded our operating profit margin by one percentage point to 11.3%. This was a remarkable achievement in the face of increasingly strong macroeconomic headwinds, further demonstrating the resilience of our multi-brand business model."
