Beauty by Imagination (BBI) has appointed James MacPherson its chief financial officer, where he will use his expertise to steer the company's financial strategies, identify category drivers and accelerate growth.
MacPherson brings more than 30 years of finance leadership experience, 17 of which have been in the beauty business.
He was most recently the CFO of Olaplex. Between 2011 and 2016, he also worked at Becca Cosmetics Group.
BBI CEO Francesca Raminella said, "We are thrilled to welcome James as our CFO. His wealth of experience scaling beauty consumer goods companies and driving financial performance makes him well qualified to lead the finance team as BBI enters our next phase of growth.
