Windsong Global Acquires JVN Hair from Amyris

Publicly available court documents show that JVN Hair has been acquired by Windsong Global. The seller was Amyris.

The price: $1.25 million.

Windsong Global is an investor behind brands such as Revive and Lime Crime. 

Earlier this month, Amyris sold off four of its other consumer brands. THG Beauty purchased Biossance for $20 million, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories purchased MenoLabs for $3 million, HRB Brands purchased Pipette for $1.75 million and Scent Theory Products purchased 4U by Tia for $600,000.
