Subtl Beauty has received $5.5 million in series A funding led by Cult Capital and which included Innovation Works and Grouse Ridge Capital, according to a post on CEO Rachel Reid's LinkedIn.

Reid shared, "This milestone isn't just about capital; it's a testament to our commitment to providing time-efficient makeup solutions for busy women. Here's to expanding our reach and continuing to innovate in the beauty industry."

In July 2023, the brand debuted its Stak 2.0 stackable products with revamped pods and packaging and reformulation of makeup formulas to meet clean beauty standards while maintaining the quality of color selections.

Stackable products include a jojoba-infused lip and cheek tint, concealers that compliment any complexion shade, blushes, highlighters, eyeshadows and more.
