Ipsy has appointed Francine Li its chief marketing officer, where she will oversee marketing, communications and member experiences.

In her role Li will focus on customer acquisition, retention and expansion. 

She joins Ipsy from Riot Games where she served as global head of marketing and oversaw the company’s portfolio of culture shaping games. Prior to this, she led global brand strategy at Netflix, spearheading the company's inaugural positioning and brand campaigns.
