Matter of Fact, a skin care brand founded by Paul Baek, has launched with two products.

The products include:
- Ascorbic Acid 20 Brightening C Serum: Combines 20% vitamin C with antioxidants to improve the appearance of skin dullness, discolorations and wrinkling.
Ingredients: propanediol, ascorbic acid, urea, ferulic acid, diglycerin, Pinus pinaster bark extract
- Minimalist Hydrating Cream: Provides skin with mild hydration.
Ingredients: water, pentaerythrityl tetraethylhexanoate, propanediol, panthenol, c10-30 cholesterol/lanosterol esters, sodium acrylates copolymer, lecithin, glycyrrhetinic acid, madecassoside, asiaticoside, phytic acid, caprylhydroxamic acid, 1,2-hexanediol
Matter of Fact features a patent-pending waterless solution that is said to use a novel combination of skin-compatible ingredients that are able to dissolve a high concentration of ascorbic acid without destabilizing it.
The brand is also partnering with Ignite Worldwide "to improve gender and racial equity in STEM education."
