Bevel, Dr. Jart+, LYS Beauty Announce Retail Expansions

Beauty brands LYS Beauty and Bevel have announced their retail partnerships with Sephora and Walmart, respectively. Dr. Jart+ has also announced its expansion to U.K. retailer Boots.

Dr. Jart+ has launched more than 30 products at Boots, ranging from masks to creams to its color correcting treatments.

Boots joins retailers Selfridges & Co., Brown Thomas, Cult Beauty, Beauty Bay and Asos to in selling Dr. Jart+ in the United Kingdom.

LYS Beauty has become Sephora's first Black-owned Sephora Clean Color Cosmetics brand.

On February 19, 2021, the brand will launch the following products through Sephora.com:

  • Higher Standard Satin Matte Cream Blush is formulated with vitamin E, kaolin clay and avocado oil and available in six colors.

  • No Limits Matte Bronzer is formulated with niacinamide, green tea extract and sodium hyaluronate and available in five shades.

  • Secure Skin Gripping Serum Primer is formulated with AHA-fruit blend, niacinamide and ginger root extract. 

  • Speak Love Glossy Lip Treatment Oil is formulated with vitamin E and cold-pressed chia seed. 

  • Triple Fix Serum Foundation is a light to medium coverage foundation available in 35 shades.

  • Triple Fix Setting Powder is formulated with niacinamide, green tea extract and sodium hyaluronate and available in four shades.

Bevel, a Walker & Company brand, creates grooming products developed to meet the needs of Black men.

It will bring two new hair stylers as well as its body, hair, beard and skin line to Walmart stores across the country.

The Bevel products available at Walmart (in-store and online) will include:

  • Bevel Curl Creme enables hair to lock in moisture, while the hydrating formula leaves  curls lightweight, manageable and frizz-free.

  • Bevel 2-in-1 Pomade, a blend of coconut oil, sweet almond oil, shea butter and cocoa butter locks in moisture, helps nourish hair textures from within, maintains a lasting hold and a grease-free finish.

  • Bevel Sulfate-Free Shampoo, a moisturizing sulfate-free shampoo that gently cleanses thick and textured hair without stripping it of its natural oils or altering the hair's natural pattern.

  • Bevel Sulfate-Free Conditioner, a sulfate-free formula moisturizes, conditions, and detangles hair. 

  • Bevel Beard Conditioner, a sulfate-free formula moisturizes, conditions, and detangles hair.

  • Bevel Beard Oil is formulated with a non-greasy lightweight solution of ingredients that won't clog pores.
