L'Oreal Group has announced that it has banned the use of badger, goat and all other animal hair in its brushes, per PETA.

In 2018, companies such as Procter & Gamble announced they would be banning the use of badger hair due to animal abuse concerns brought forth by PETA. 

Currently, the following companies have agreed to ban the use of badger hair in their brushes:
