Youth to the People Announces Appointments

Youth to the People has announced Tiffany Plater as the company’s first senior vice president of marketing, and Armine Charkhchyan as the company’s first senior vice president of operations and product development, effective immediately.

Plater has worked at brands such as Lancôme Paris, L’Oréal Paris, Mixa Skincare, Dark and Lovely, Garnier Fructis and Whole Blends, and Urban Decay. In her new role, Plater will continue to develop various cross-functional teams and work as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

Charkhchyan previously held positions at Drunk Elephant and Kate Somerville. She will spearhead new product development and drive the modernization of operations systems in her new role.
