Klorane's Sun Radiance Protection Oil uses botanical ingredients to protect hair against the effects of the sun, salt, sand and chlorine—the characteristics of a summer day at the beach or pool. The product can be used over dry or wet hair, and has fragrance notes of ylang-ylang, coconut milk and hot sand.
The non-greasy oil utilizes ylang-ylang essential wax to form a lipidic film as a shield on the hair's surface and to reinforce gaps in compromised strands. Ex vivo testing found the product to defend keratin after just one application.
Klorane's Sun Radiance collection also includes a shampoo and conditioner, and will be available in April 2018.
