Flavor and ingredient supplier Flavorchem announced the launch of The Art of Vanilla, a new portfolio of premium vanilla ingredients. This portfolio is intended to showcase the versatility and popularity of vanilla while maintaining quality.
“Vanilla has long been a foundational part of our expertise, but with so much innovation happening in the space, we knew it was time to reintroduce our vanilla offerings with a fresh perspective,” said Jim Hamernik, director of flavor R&D. “With options that include organic, clean label and sustainable produced extracts, The Art of Vanilla allows brands to meet today’s consumer demands without compromise.”
The vanilla portfolio includes a variety of formats for vanilla flavor delivery, such as extracts, enhancers, flavorings, powders and pastes. Flavorchem also offers non-alcoholic vanilla flavorings in liquid, powder and paste form. Further, the company states that it partners with responsible vanilla suppliers with a focus on sustainability, and a portion of the cost of the vanilla beans was donated to Hope Speaks, an organization aiding children with disabilities in Uganda.
Flavorchem’s vanilla offerings are available in a range of certified product options, including non-GMO, organic and kosher.
