With an integrated portfolio spanning skin care, personal care, hair care, fragrance and makeup, the company is underscoring its position as a single-source partner that combines global industrial scale with category-specific expertise. This year’s highlights focus on dispensing technologies, material innovation and modular platforms that support both premium positioning and operational efficiency.

Metal-Free Dispensing for Skin Care and Personal Care

Among the most technically significant launches are Berlin Packaging Beauty’s new metal-free and POM-free dispensing engines, available in both atmospheric and airless versions. Designed without metallic components inside the dispensing chamber, the systems aim to simplify recycling while maintaining mechanical reliability and dosing precision.

The atmospheric pump targets low-to-medium viscosity formulas—including serums, lotions, primers and fluid foundations—delivering a controlled 250 mcl dose. The airless version is engineered for medium-to-high viscosity textures such as creams, gel-creams, dermo-cosmetic treatments and sun care, with a precise 230 mcl output and enhanced formula protection.

Both systems are internally lab-validated and compatible with refillable formats including  and AirLight PET Refill, as well as ICE and MAKI accessories and multiple bottle families, reinforcing a modular, refill-ready packaging architecture.

XOCO: Upcycled Material with Industrial Performance

Berlin Packaging Beauty is also highlighting XOCO, a PP-based compound created by upcycling hazelnut shell waste in collaboration with Italian materials innovator Krill Design. Developed for precision-moulded beauty components, XOCO can be used across skin care, personal care and fragrance applications.

The material meets industrial requirements for torque resistance, snap-fit reliability and chemical compatibility, making it suitable for pump covers, collars, droppers, jar caps, fragrance caps and accessories. Subtle organic particles remain visible on the surface, turning agricultural waste into a tactile and visual signature.

XOCO is compatible with established PP recycling streams, subject to local infrastructure, and supports a wide range of decoration techniques—positioning it as both a sensorial and technically robust solution for brands focused on material storytelling.

Pockii Platform Expands into New Rituals

The Pockii packaging platform is expanding to address high-rotation and emerging product formats. New additions include a 50 ml PP monomaterial version with a 200 mcl dispenser pump for concentrated, high-value formulas such as serums, boosters, facial oils, scalp care and dermo-cosmetic actives.

A new 100 ml PET 20/400 version targets spray applications, including face and body mists, hair mists and sun-care waters—formats increasingly tied to layering and reapplication. Combined with existing 150 ml and 300 ml sizes for hair care and sun care, the expanded Pockii range enables cohesive product families across multiple categories and usage occasions.

THE LAB: From Concept to Commercial Tool

Rounding out the showcase is THE LAB collection from Berlin Packaging | COSMEI, a creative platform where experimental ideas are translated into production-ready beauty packaging.

THE LAB also extends into fragrance through Scent Lab – Bloom, which explores alternative formats and delivery systems that reframe fragrance application as a sensorial beauty ritual rather than a standalone category.

Across its Paris Packaging Week presence, Berlin Packaging Beauty is emphasizing systems thinking—where materials, dispensing, refillability and design flexibility converge to support brand differentiation, regulatory pressures and evolving consumer expectations.
