The crimped fibers of the Wave Brushes are meant to create a larger surface area for product loading and a volumized result. The brushes were designed, engineered and manufactured in HCP’s Center of Excellence for Mascara, located in Hinsdale, New Hampshire. HCP’s Lash Studio provides a collaborative environment for customers to evaluate formula/brush pairings to optimize results.
