Danessa Myricks Beauty has added Blurring Balm Powder to its Yummy Skin Series. The balm-to-powder formula is infused with squalane and Upsalite (porous magnesium carbonate) to balance sebum, sweat and oil to reduce texture, blur imperfections and boost coverage.

Blurring Balm Powder features a petal-like texture that is designed to feel like a balm and set like a powder. It can be used as a primer, to set foundation, spot conceal, highlight and one-step coverage. The balm powder is suitable for all skin tones and types with 10 tinted shades and one universal shade that is designed to pair with Yummy Skin Foundation. Its clean formulation is fragrance-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free, cruelty-free and vegan.

Based on two clinical studies cited by the brand, 97% of respondents said their skin appeared matte over time, 96% said their skin appeared less oily throughout the day and 94% thought their skin looked smoother. Of respondents, 90% said the balm powder looked more natural than powder and balanced their skin and 84% reported reduced pores and fine lines.
