Aptar Beauty has launched its new makeup-oriented Turnkey Solutions by Aptar collection, "Go Beyond Beauty," at Cosmoprof Bologna 2024, inspired by this year's Paris Olympic Games.
This represents the second concept collection from the company for the markets of Europe, the Middle East and Africa and comprises 14 ready-to-use products: three Preparation products packaged in blue tones, six Celebration products housed in magenta packaging and three Recovery products housed in green tones.
All 14 concepts highlight the service's formulation and packaging capabilities, including eco-design expertise. The designs can be leveraged as-is for speed to market or personalized for specific brand goals.
All products feature "market-format packaging," per Aptar Beauty, all of which have met compliance tests for ease of launch. Packaging components are sourced from France, Germany and China.
The designs are aligned with the needs of "established brands, startups, indie brands and private labels," according to the company.
Concepts include vegan and at least 95% natural (ISO16128) mists, creams, serums, lip balms, roll-ons, highlighters and foundations housed in packaging boasting monomaterial designs, recycled resin compositions or refillability.
Packaging components include Fusion PKG's Icon Jar, available in monomaterial PP or recycled resin, the Space Sift loose powder compact, the Airless Repeat refillable and recyclable airless bottle composed of recycled resin or monomaterial PP, and the airless, monomaterial PP Single Roller Ball applicator.
The balms and lipsticks feature vegetable oils and waxes, while the solid eye care contains recycled coffee oil and upcycled squalane derived from olive oil, according to Marilyne Candolives, the company's formulation manager.
The new collection features a scent from Parfex with green, jasmine and musk notes.
In June 2024, in conjunction with Vogue World’s Haute Couture Fashion Week, Aptar will present a Golden Hour capsule collection with two product families: waterless sticks, with a depuffing treatment for the eye area and an anti-blemish treatment for the skin, and refillable lipsticks in two vibrant shades and a moisturizing balm.

"With Go Beyond Beauty, we are going further and deploying a greater variety of products. We are offering strong concepts, expressed through the exclusivity of the formulas, the selection of technical packaging, the attention paid to decoration and sensoriality, and unique brand marketing which considers beauty treatments and rituals, with references to sports highlights.”
