The Estée Lauder Companies has announced four key leadership changes across its luxury skin care and hair care portfolios.
According to www.moodiedavittreport.com, Jane Lauder, who is the granddaughter of Estée Lauder, has been appointed vice president enterprise marketing and chief data officer. Most recently, Jane Lauder served as Clinique's global brand president. She will report directly to CEO Fabrizio Freda.
In addition, Michelle Freyre will assume the role of senior vice president general manager at Clinique. Freyre was formerly the president of Johnson & Johnson Beauty. She will report to executive group president John Demsey.
According to The Estée Lauder Companies, effective July 1, 2020, Ada Lien will begin her role as senior vice president and general manager at Origins. Her most recent role was as senior vice president, global marketing at La Mer. In her new role, Lien will report to Jane Hertzmark Hudis, group president, The Estée Lauder Companies, and will become a member of her executive leadership team, as well as a member of the company’s extended executive leadership team.
Set to replace Lien as senior vice president, global marketing at La Mer is Lesley Crowther. She will begin her new role on July 1, 2020. She most recently served as vice president, consumer engagement, U.K. and Ireland. Crowther will relocate from the U.K. to New York and will report directly to Justin Boxford, Global Brand President, La Mer.
