IMCD México S.A. de C.V., part of IMCD Group, has announced that following the acquisition of Millikan and Banner Química in December 2020, the two companies have been fully integrated into the organization.

Upon the integration of Millikan and Banner Química, IMCD México now comprises 80 employees and three laboratories to complement and support its commercial and technical activities.
