UPDATE: 2020 CEW Beauty Award Winners

Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) announced finalists for the 2020 Beauty Awards

Update (Nov 13, 2020): Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) announced the winners from 45 categories for the 2020 Beauty Awards that celebrated the most innovative and groundbreaking new products of the year.

The finalsts were announced in partnership with Gloss Angeles hosts and beauty journalists Kirbie Johnson and Sara Tan, who did a fantastic job.

According to CEW, the finalists where chosen from more than 1,200 entries that represented hundreds of brands. CEW members, who are all beauty industry professionals, voted for the finalists which will be reviewed by its board of governors and industry insiders to determine the winners.

According to Nielsen data cited by CEW, the categories that reportedly rose to the top over the last year include:

Indie and niche-stige brands
"Clean-ical" skin care and hair treatments,
Sexual wellness
Skin care face masks
Hair accessories
Unisex fragrance
